Fostering for AZ Happy Tails
Do you have room in your heart and home to care for an animal in need? If so, AZ Happy Tails is looking for loving foster homes for dogs. AZ Happy Tails is a small rescue with no facility, so we rely solely on our fosters to house our animals who are waiting for adoption.
Being a foster family for an animal can present unique challenges. Often, the animals we take in have been severely abused or neglected. They require training, love and a lot of patience. There will be potty accidents, scuffles with your own animals, and even scuffles with you. We do not want to sugar-coat fostering, it can be a lot of work, but the rewards of saving an animal in danger far out-weigh the negatives. If you are a dedicated individual ready to take on caring for a dog until they are adopted, please fill out the application below. An AZ Happy Tails representative would be happy to answer any questions you may have about fostering.
We are located in the Chandler-Phoenix area and can only accept fosters in the Metro Phoenix area and surrounding cities.
